I started out in Radio, as a writer and producer; moved to Television in the late 80s. In the 90s I shifted gear again moving across to the video games industry as a Creative and Art Director. My favorite creative outlet remains writing fiction – dark, techno thrillers and horror fiction to be precise. In 2006 my original screenplay The Nosferatu Project was judged by the Australian Film Commission (AFC ) as “The best script of its genre to come out of Australia”.
As for interests; exercise is important, (walking and lifting weights). I enjoy reading and watching movies - sci-fi, horror, thrillers, action and the occasional chick-flick. I'm an avid student of history, especially military history, "Warfare is the engine that drives human affairs." In my younger days I served in the Australian military, as well as studying and teaching martial arts (Togakure Ryu Ninjutsu). I'm also a mad-keen wargamer and military simulation designer.
